CHELP Mission Statement
The purpose of CHELP is to stabilize, maintain, and improve
the home environment of the residents of Macon County by means of education and direct social services. Specific goals include providing the education and assistance necessary to enable seniors, disabled, or individuals in emergency situations to maintain themselves in their own homes so as to prevent either short or long term institutionalization.
Our Vision
CHELP's vision is to keep all older adults and the disabled in their own homes for as long as possible by helping them keep their independence and dignity
with any help they require.
